Delivery & Return Policy

Domestic and International

Standard Shipping
Orders can be shipped Globally / Worldwide.
To check the shipping cost, simply enter your shipping location (including postcode), and select your shipping method.

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Singapore.

We make every effort to pack and ship orders (in-stock items), within 3 – 4 business days from order receive.

Self-Collection (Singapore only)
For orders eligible for self-collection, you will receive the self-collection instructions via email once the order is prepared and ready for collection. Collection day/time will be from Monday – Friday; 11am – 4pm (excluding Public Holiday).

Do note: Collection point may be different from address on the website.

Tracking Package
If your shipping method is trackable, you will be notified when your order is prepared for shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If a buyer provides an inaccurate or incomplete address which results in the package being returned to us, a new shipping & handling fee may be charged for the package to be re-sent.

Return Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, all products sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

If products is defective, please drop us an email with your order number, pictures of the defects and reasons of defect.

Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
